The exterior is made of bisou, an ultra-soft and elastic material that feels like a second skin. The interior is made of agroecological pima cotton, towel, and a waterproof layer.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
Since the product measurements are taken flat, it is recommended to measure a piece of underwear with a similar fit that you already have: laying it on a smooth surface, widthwise, from one end of the elastic to the other. Both the culotte and the boxer have a high rise, so if you want to measure against your body, the actual contour value will be double (flat 30 cm / actual contour 60 cm).

IS THE FABRIC SAFE FOR MY YONI?
Yes. It is the first thing we consider. The fabric in contact with your Yoni is a carefully selected and agroecological pima cotton, meaning no chemicals were applied during its cultivation and harvesting.

HOW DO I WASH MY CICLO?
For its proper care, we recommend hand washing the garment with cold water and neutral soap, wringing it out by hand, and letting it dry in the shade. However, it is also suitable for washing machines. Please avoid chemical soaps and softeners to ensure the fabric is safe when in contact with your Yoni!

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE MY CICLO?
That will depend on how heavy your menstruation is and which day of your cycle you are on. It follows the same logic as a fabric or disposable pad or cup. When the fabric becomes saturated, you will feel it against your skin; before that moment, there is no sensation of moisture or discomfort while using it. 

WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE TO WEAR THE PRODUCT?
The product is designed to make your Yoni and your bleeding feel free, comfortable and luxurious. The outer fabric is very stretchy, elegant, and soft. The seams don't itch, and the elastics are not tight. The pattern is developed to make you feel contained within the garment but not suffocated. And on the inside, where it is in contact with your Yoni, it is designed to feel dry and pleasant until it is time to change it.

DOES UNDERWEAR HAVE A GENDER?
No :) The products are for anyone who menstruates.

DO THE GARMENTS HAVE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?
No. Due to the nature of the product, these garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
